These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Stone Wall Angus website and your purchase of products or booking of appointments through it. By placing an order or booking an appointment, you agree to these Terms.
Stone Wall Angus is a family-owned Black Angus cattle farm located at 17719 Spielman Road, Fairplay, Maryland, selling beef products directly to consumers for farm pickup.
Payment is due at or before pickup unless other arrangements have been made directly with us. We reserve the right to hold or cancel an order if payment is not received.
Because our products are perishable and often cut to order, cancellations must be made as far in advance as possible. Once an order has been weighed, cut, or packaged, it generally cannot be cancelled or refunded except at our discretion or as required by law. Contact us as soon as possible if you have an issue with your order.
We handle and package our products with care, but once product leaves our facility, proper storage, refrigeration, and handling become the customer's responsibility. Please refrigerate or freeze products promptly after pickup and follow safe food handling practices.
Appointment requests submitted through this site are requests only and are confirmed by us directly, typically within 24 hours.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Stone Wall Angus is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this website or purchase of our products, beyond the purchase price of the product in question.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our website or services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Maryland, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
